Stuart helped me find a way of making my life meaningful again after I had gone through a period of intense anger, grief and anxiety. It is several months since my last appointment, the writing of this review having been put on hold due to having undergone a major operation shortly after the psychotherapy sessions ended. During my period of recovery from my operation, I have continued to put much of what I learned from Stuart into practice, most importantly, focusing on my values and maintaining a daily routine. I have found this invaluable, particularly as life has continued to present me with massive challenges. I feel now that I have a set of tools with which to navigate the fallout from even the most difficult occurrences.
I saw Stuart online when I was going through a period of stress and grief. I found him to be incredibly helpful, with a deep understanding of the problems I was dealing with and an obvious depth of experience as a psychologist. I’d recommend anyone going through any difficulties should get in touch with Stuart and his team.

From our first meeting I had a huge amount of faith in him and trusted his judgement and experience. Whilst his sessions are not easy, and often require a lot of energy he will ensure that if you are motivated you will improve. Could not recommend more highly. Plus, I have been told that he is very handy at snooker.

Having struggled for many years with challenging events in childhood, bereavement and employment, I never thought anyone would be able to get me to open up as Kristina has. Lovely place to work. There is a wide range of experienced counsellors, therapists, psychotherapists, cognitive behavioural therapists (CBT) therapists, EMDR therapists and psychologists here in a quiet leafy corner of Jesmond.
JTC always delivers first class, 5* relevant & interesting training. Superbly well organised, and always in fab surroundings. I can wholeheartedly recommend the training and I will return & return.
I had a massage with Hazel and a session with one of the other therapists. Very calm, relaxing centre, and the treatment sessions were amazing. I enjoyed my sessions, and would recommend the centre to anybody.
