I have been using this chemist for quite a few years. The staff are friendly and the chemist man is great for asking questions. I asked a bit information on my new meds and he knew without thinking or looking up in a book. Great customer experience always.

I had searched many pharmacy outlets within the west end looking for XXXXL sized condoms as I am a very well endowed man. Nuns moor pharmacy was the first shop which had what I needed. Also got vasoline and a vibrating ring for wor lass at a very cheap price. Pure buzzin 5 stars from me

Pharmacist is easy to talk to, all staff are lovely and very helpful. Delivery service is convenient and easy. Brilliant.

Our independent patient and service-users based pharmacy report is based on 7 visits to this pharmacy between 2017 and 2019. The overall rating we give is 5 OUT OF 5 based on the following measures –  No traces of dust, dirt or any other hygiene    Easy to access the premises, Staff approached were helpful and informed when asked questions on various medication and services.

Really helpful staff. Much better caring service than other big chain pharmacies. I appreciate the electronic repeat prescription ordering and fast delivery service. Opening times are extended and have come handy many times.

Fab service!I have been looking for some weight loss products and was not sure what to go for. Got given great health advice and recommended some weight loss tablets. Thanks will pop in again soon.

I had an nhs check up today,which was free .donna the lady who did the check up was fantastic, she made me aware of what she was doing and explained everything.As a result a found out I have high cholesterol. Would recommend this to all .10/10

This is the best chemist in Newcastle, my pregnant daughter in law needed urgent medication wich was forgotten by the doctors to send to the chemist portal. This intravenenous medication was so important as it was an IVF pregnancy the medication had to be given within the next 12 hrs, and it was Mr. Steven Smith who made sure that we had the medication, Mr. Smith I will never forget this!
