Brilliant experience. Everyone is warm and friendly especially Mini, the dog. I had a fabulous counsellor called Tammy. I grew in confidence so much that I got a job. Thank you Anxious Minds.
Absolutely brilliant people who know how to make you feel good about yourself i never feel anxious or stressed out when chatting with staff there.
And the cute therapy dog who will come say high is a bonus too.
Excellent charity who do outstanding work for the local community. They help so many people yet receive very little funding.
