I had a wonderful massage with a therapist named Noi and she was absolutely fantastic. She asked me every step of the way whether her pressure was good (it was perfect every time) and she got rid of the aches and pain I was feeling, particularly in my upper back. As someone who gets fairly regular massages, this was the best massage I’ve had in years, if not my life. This was my first time at Body & Mind, but it certainly won’t be my last!

This place is amazing. My girlfriend and I signed up for the same couple’s massage.

I would like to commend this business. I went for a full body massage today and it was incredible. Relieved a great deal of soreness in my back and found a million and one other places where I was unaware that I was holding tension. It was my first time here and I will be back very soon.

I had a wonderful 60 minute Thai massage by Ya today.
She was very intuitive to my needs, graciously increasing the pressure on my back when I asked, and reducing the pressure on my calves when you noticed I was a bit sensitive. The rooms was immaculately clean, smelt lovely but not too strong, the decor is very pleasing too. Would 100% recommend Montra Thai Massage.

Went for a couple’s massage with he other half and it was just so relaxing. The staff were really lovely and I left feeling thoroughly relaxed and happy. Really great masseurs. Couldn’t recommend more!
