Brilliant company. Would highly recommend. Fixed my poor laptop with a new battery and hard drive and now it runs beautifully and fast. Cost was very reasonable and fixed in the promised 2 days.
I recently moved to NewCastle and needed the cooling on my tower fixed, NCS and Daniel were great, quick to respond, offered a pick up service and kept me informed every step of the way. They also talked me into upgrading my video card which I had been thinking about for a while. Great Service, I will continue to support Newcastle Computer Services ltd.
After a very difficult situation with a second hand macbook, i came here for the first time.
My repair was a nightmare, macbook with mites, and not only was i charged a very reasonable price, (for a lot of work) but my macbook was cleaned beyond what i thought possible, repaired, antiglare screen polished (i didn’t think to mention this but was preemptively done) AND i had a part replaced for FREE due to an issue during the repair that was unforeseen. Cant recommend this place highly enough and ill be back for more work as soon as i smell an issue.

Can’t even begin to explain how amazing these guys are! After attempting to get my laptop fixed elsewhere and ending up with a completely broken laptop I entered their store worried and stressed about my macbook. They immediately knew the situation and proceeded to quote me a price (much cheeper than anywhere else) with no additional cost! This is including the time and effort to fix the damage made from the previous shop I’d been too. I will make sure to sing their songs of praise as their technicians are some of the best Ive ever seen! And their kindness to fix a problem that wasn’t theirs to fix will not go unnoticed.
These guys are amazing they repaired my desktop PC and my sons MacBook, to replace these would have cost a fortune. I have been travelling a lot lately & taking my Lenovo laptop 17” screen, which is a bit cumbersome as you can imagine, & could be awkward. I was looking for a new smaller surface & asked One IT to source. They saved me a significant amount of time & money when advising me & helping me get an excellent refurbish product, which is like brand-new & they also cloned my current machine to the new one. This has made things pretty seamless. They have also taken time out with me to go through it, and not just leave it with me. Idiots guide as I call it, this was also very helpful.
