Offered really nice products carefully selected for my skin and issues and also kindly given nhs discount.
Received laser hair removal, the team member was very patient, clear in communication, efficient, careful and it was actually a lot less painful than previous visits.
Appalling customer service. The clinic was opened 25 minutes late with no apology, myself and 2 other customers were left standing out in the rain. The hair removal treatment I paid thousands for has barely lasted 2 years, with hair now growing back the same as before I had laser treatment. It wasn’t made clear at the time that I signed up for treatment that removal was only temporary and thousands would be needed every 2 years to continue the effect. Any follow up treatment is ridiculously overpriced with no discount for former patients. I would definitely not recommend that anybody goes through the cost and pain of this treatment.
Helpful and friendly staff with a great range of products and services. I’ve had treatments from Helen, Jordan and Sophie and all have been lovely and very professional. I’m very happy with the results so far and I’ve already booked in for additional services.

As a professional colleague in the same industry I can 100% vouch for Dr Land. We share the same ethos and his treatments, are only ever ethical and bring people closer to their best self. He would not perform a procedure if he did not think it advantageous to his patient. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend .
I had tear trough filler around 3/4 years ago. The procedure left me with large unsightly lumps under my eyes. I was invited back to have this corrected after complaining to have this fixed. He did not fix the problem and it started to look worse as time passed. He refused me a refund and instead passed me onto another aesthetics doctor in my area. The new doctor was very professional and tried to fix the problem. After attempts to rectify my face I required more treatment which Dr Land refused to pay for or refund my original costs. I had to pay for more treatment which was very costly and to this day my face is still not what it was. I can’t with a clear conscience ever recommend anyone visit this practice.
Absolutely delightful experience, as always! Dr.Steven is quite simply the best at what he does, and makes any procedure a very calm and relaxing experience.
