I used Sophie’s Cleaning Company for the first time following a permanent relocation. Tammy and Helen arrived on time and we’re very friendly, polite and professional. They had so much to deep clean and worked incredibly hard for 8 hours.
First: very nice people, were kind and helpful to arrange the clean/key dropoff and pickup in a convenient way for us both. Second: their work was very good, it was a move in clean for me and the apartment looked vastly different after the clean.
Sophie’s cleaning turned up promptly at 9:30am and didn’t leave until 2pm after going above and beyond what we expected, including making his bed and helping him hang the washing.

Great service. They came out on a 48hrs notice on a bank holiday. Starting from Rachel who answered the phone and was very kind and thorough. She arranged for the team to come on a bank holiday with only 48hrs notice. This was a new house I was moving to. The carpets and the oven were pretty dirty. The team did an amazing job. They are very professional and friendly. The house is now brand new. Thanks again to ECO steam team.

We are more than happy with the service Pure Concierge give us. We get an excellent clean and the attention to detail is perfect.
