Absolutely fantastic service. After approaching them for a replacement motor for an automated blind that had been discontinued. They found me a similar model that had previously been used but worked perfectly. They didn’t charge me a penny for it and saved me £££. I will definitely use them again in the future.
I have used this shop a few times now, and each time has been a brilliant purchase and a professional service, from getting my windows measured, to the order and then the fitting. Most recently had shutters fitted. They have made the rooms 100% better. Lovely quality and look amazing. Highly recommend.
PERFECT! I can’t recommend this company enough. Blinds are great and real professional finish. Staff in store and those who measure and fit are so nice and really appreciate your business. Moved into new build and was stressing about everything but these guys made the blinds seem like the easiest thing to sort out. Measurement appointment was no problem anytime I wanted it (took 10 minutes). Products were ordered and arrived 1 week later-they rang immediately to have them fitted same day and although that didn’t suit me-2 days later I came home for my lunch break and they took 25 mins to fit all 5 blinds 🙂

We’re an established blinds company from the North East, based in Brunswick. We make a lot of our  own blinds right here in our factory in Brunswick which allows us to keep the price down and offer a quick turnaround. We are also able to measure, manufacture and install blinds for commercial projects too as well as offering a supply only service for trade accounts right across the UK. Over the years, we’ve slowly expanded: starting with a small showroom in Westerhope; where we now have a unit in Brunswick Industrial Estate that allows us to manufacture and supply a range of blinds in house from our factory.

I Contacted Ponteland Blinds for some new slates after lounge revamp. Spoke to a staff member very helpful and sorted my enquiry out straight away super quick delivery on samples and on finished slats. All I can say is I’m blown away by this company’s excellent service. Top quality at competitive prices.

Purchased via eBay, saw they were local so offered to collect to save them on postage. Had a discount via eBay and collected the day after ordering. Will be back for more.
These guys have never let me down, price ok considering prices going up everywhere, priced and measured on a Friday fitted the following Tuesday. Good fitters polite and on time. Cannot recommend more.
