I have used this family run business. The Mattress Shop Newcastle Upon Tyne for more years than I care to remember. Over 25 years. I have been treated with great respect and service on every occasion . I have just recently purchased another new mattress from them. The Cool Bamboo 3000. I had based this decision on the fact I have already purchased the Cool Bamboo 2200 some two years ago now. This 3000 sprung Cool Bamboo is less firmer but with the same outstanding quality. My wife and I have been so impressed with the Mattress we felt we should give some feedback not only on the Cool Bamboo 2200 but also the Cool Bamboo 3000.

Great shop, helpful and knowledgeable staff who are great at showing you round. No high pressure sales tactics, great range and excellent prices. Delivered and assembled. Over the moon, would put 10 stars if I could.

Absolutely amazing! Wouldn’t 1000000% recommend! My old mattress was ruined and needed a replacement ASAP! I was able to have a new mattress within 24 hours! Amazing service, super fast delivery, lovely mattress, couldn’t fault it.

Ordered divan bed, large headboard and mattress. Staff very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. They stored it till I was ready and were very flexible with delivery. They assembled and tidied up. They noticed problem with divan drawer and immediately arranged to get it replaced.
