Right from the start, at the “needs and options review” which proved incredibly worthwhile, Alistair and his team have provided professional, thorough and imaginative service.
Our project has daunted us in many ways but Alistair has always been on hand to allay any concerns we had. He has been incredibly helpful, full of ideas and specialist advice throughout the process.

Hi, we contacted Acre when planning for single level rear extension and plans for a potential loft conversion at a later date. The service that Alistair and his team provide is excellent. Loads of ideas given and time to talk over zoom to discuss. Even throughout the current pandemic his team are always available to provide assistance. Once you sign up to using Acre, there is very little worry. they contact/submit all plans required and package everything together ready for your chosen builder.

We took part in Acre Design’s “Needs & Options” review process recently, which we found to be very informative. Despite generally having a good idea of what we wanted from the outset (kitchen/diner layout), the review turned up some alternatives that we would have otherwise missed out on and made us rethink some priorities. Beginning with a phone consultation, followed by a site visit and finishing with a report detailing a variety of options, Alistair was helpful and knowledgeable at every step of the way.

We have our office here and have to say it is one of the best decisions we ever made. Our clients love visiting us here and we love working from here. We’ve a great on site team who run the building efficiently and it is kept spotlessly clean all year round.

Pulled in to let our dogs out for the toilet not in there parking Bay and a lady who was very off hand with us even though we explained why we pulled up out of the company premises insisted we move on. Not good of this company they give know free will, we were there 7 minutes that was it, this is not northeast hospitality!!

Great place for companies to get together and work from a professional office Base!
There is a community feel within this office space that allows smaller of start up companies to feel and find their way while giving the appearance of a more established company

I got to know faulkner browns on Internet search and invited him to quote for a Garden room that I wanted to build with shower and kitchen facilities.
