Muttamorphosis offers one-to-one consultations to tackle the challenges that can arise day to day when owning a dog. These range from basic training issues, such as jumping-up or greeting guests, house-training and recall, to more serious problems such as aggression, separation anxiety and challenging behaviours. We only use positive, non-confrontational methods to correct behaviour and usually try to get the whole family involved in the behaviour modification or retraining programme.

We started work with Sue on a one to one basis with our very nervous Chihuahuas. We thought nothing could be done as she is now 5 and had very deep issues. Now a different dog thanks to the training techniques we and dog have learnt. Thank you Sue.

Sue and the Muttamorphosis team are tremendous. After searching around for puppy training in the North East, Muttamorphosis came highly recommended – I can see exactly why! The approach to training is really well thought out, breaking everything down into small manageable chunks with added homework to practice until the next week.
The venue is great, nice and spacious with the added bonus of a grassy area to the back that’s utilised when the weather is inclement.
Very happy we booked in time as places filled up fast.
Definitely recommended.

Positively Pets training certainly does mean that you can have the ‘best behaved dog in the park’, and that’s really quite important when you think about it. There have been many, many times when George (now one year old) has put his elders to shame with his recalls – so important to be able to let him off leash and know that he’ll come back when called. Jenny and her staff are absolutely committed to what they do and really do take a personal interest in each and every dog. They care.

Jenny makes dog training so simple and such fun . We train in a safe comfortable environment with plenty friendly well trained staff to assist (and with endless patience thank goodness). My dogs absolutely adore the training and to be honest so do I -left to my own devices I wouldn’t have ended up with dogs that I can take anywhere and have under comfortable,easy control with instant recall even in difficult circumstances (like chasing a rabbit-them not me!).

My (and my dog’s) favourite hour of the week! We have fun in a safe environment and learn lots at the same time. It has given us a very close bond, i have met new friends and the dog wouldn’t be half the dog she is without Jenny’s help and guidance!

So glad we booked one to one with Blue Dog. Karen, the dog trainer was wonderful. Our puppy responded really well to her positive reinforcement training. She provided lots of ideas to ensure the desired behaviour, they all worked really well. We have always had dogs but I can say without doubt, we have never had such a well behaved dog thanks to Blue Dog. He is still getting there, but by using their training methods he is doing really well. Thank you Karen!

 

Karen has been absolutely brilliant, providing fabulous insights and helping us with our new pup. Providing reassuring calming techniques and giving us a better understanding of our dog. Zoom calls have been superb as Karen can provide training techniques live in our Lounge. The training pdf content is also excellent. Great value all round. Would highly recommend Karen.

We got our dog Ziggy just before lock down in late February, due to Covid19 training was not an option but always knew it was something we wanted to do. We have now booked two lots of In Person Training with Karen and the family (2 adults 1 Teenager and our 8 old months Cockapoo) love it. We all attend each session and Karen’s philosophy in my opinion is that Ziggy knows exactly what to do and Karen simply shows us how to communicate in a positive and fun way with him. Sessions are fun for us all and we would absolutely recommend Karen as a trainer for both dogs and people when you’re looking to connect with your new family member. We have others sessions no planned with Karen in the coming month, great value great fun.
