10/10 Performed umrah along with Mrs with Newcastle travel and tours and although it was our first time but we never had any issues. Shoaib Bahi and his team are very helpful, organised and professional. Whole journey from start to finish was seamless and arrangements were outstanding. All packages are reasonably priced and definitely worth every penny. May Allah reward them for making the whole experience easy and joyful for us and I will highly recommend Newcastle travel and tours for any umrah and hajj journeys.
This is the first time I’ve travelled with Newcastle travel and tours and I truly hope it won’t be the last. Having experienced travel with several other agencies, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest because it didn’t feel like dealing with a service-provider but more like I was travelling with my own family. Although their packages are excellent, I was very impressed with the amount of preparation and planning that had gone into every step of the trip.

My mother and I used Newcastle Travel and Tours Ltd for the first time back in 2015 and I have to say the service that my travel group received was amazing ALHAMDULILLAH which made the trip and experience all the more fantastic. It felt like a family atmosphere as the owner and the staff treated you like their own which felt personal and gave me the confidence to keep using their services in the future again inshallah.

I would definitely recommend going to this company if you’re wanting good reasonable price tickets, Abdullah was one of the staff members who helped me throughout he was very helpful and even stayed 30 mins extra to get me sorted as it was last minute I will definitely be buying tickets from you guys again.

Great service from start to finish. Organised our trip to Baku, Azerbaijan without a problem. Surprisingly it was a first for the travel bureau being asked to book flights there.
To date I have used Travel Bureau for several holidays to Croatia and have found them excellent overall. In particular Angela has been most helpful with bookings and with follow up queries. Personally I recommend them for their very helpful and efficient service.
I have booked holidays to South Africa, Vietnam and India with the Travel Bureau and cannot recommend them enough. The staff are very knowledgeable and know how to put together an itinerary to provide a smooth and memorable trip. I will definitely use them again when planning my next holiday.
