Excellent customer service in Fenwick store from a lady called Sandra. She was very friendly and professional and certainly knows her onions!! It definitely makes all the difference to me, the customer, when I’m potentially going to spend a lot of money! Top quality furniture (you get what you pay for) and service to match! I will certainly be going back to Hammond’s in the not too distant future.

Sandra (Fenwick) talked me through all possible options, no hard sell, just factual information on each product. She had a happy disposition, was friendly and went to great lengths to manage my requirements and provide me with an idea of the process and what i could expect. Her advice was spot on.

A fabulous display of garden furniture, we looked on line first but thought we needed to sit and get a feel for comfort and see the quality. But no worries there it’s all high end! Diane helped with all our questions & dilemmas was very knowledgeable and had lots of advice. A very easy purchase with stock available more or less immediately, or like us we weren’t quite ready so planned ‘free delivery’ to suit our time frame

From the minute we entered the large showroom which was full of garden furniture sets of many different types, colours and styles we knew we’d come to the best place to find the set for us. The hard part was choosing the one for us. Anyway, after lots of changes of mind and discussions with the really helpful and patient staff, we chose our favourite. After that, the process couldn’t have been simpler.

Ordered our corner unit set on Friday, arrived on the following Monday and we were using it Monday afternoon. My only complaint was the delivery occurred when I’d hoped for a relaxing day after a very busy weekend, so no complaint at all.
