Beautiful wedding flowers done by Bettys Flower House. Very personal and professional service by Sharon who offered her advice and expertise to support the happy couple with their flower choices.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for delivering the Lacie bouquet for my wife. I placed the order online having spoken to a very helpful man who reassured me when I was concerned nobody would be in to receive the delivery on the day I wanted. When we arrived home we found the bouquet had safely and securely arrived at a neighbour’s, beautifully arranged and packaged and each stem as pretty as the website’s photo. Great value and even better being a local service. Thank you.
We ordered by phone as we live quite a way from Newcastle and were extremely pleased with the excellent friendly, helpful service. The wreath provided was absolutely beautiful with gorgeous autumn colours – just right for this time of year. We would definitely recommend Betty’s Flower House for any occasion.

Needed flowers for my mam’s Golden Wedding Anniversary and as I’ve lived in Germany the last 12 years, I had no idea which florist to use. Had a quick look on Google and went to Diana Kaye’s. So pleased I did, the bouquet that was rustled up for me in 10 mins was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for your great, friendly service and your skill, oh and for also making my mam smile.
I got some beautiful flowers from Fenwick’s Branch of this florist for mothers Day. Lyndsey, Penny and Becky were really helpful and very professional and creative.
Really pleased with the service and the purchase I made here. A good range to choose from but specifically providing good quality flowers appropriate for a special gift.
