Sways gave me a really good price, they could have easily charged more for the house and I would have still payed but sways love giving deals to their customers. I have been dealing with AdHoc for a short while now and my experience have been great. Extremely professional and quick to answer all questions. Daryl inducted me and got me settled and Nicki has been more than helpful during his inspections. Overall no complaints. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to take guardianship of a property.
I would give 5 star review, but some of the other residents have a different outlook as to what sharing is, and have different values with regard to respect of other residents and their property.
Ad Hoc were always professional and timely at responding to any requests that I might have had, I saved a lot of money doing this rather than entering into a private rental agreement and would recommend their services to anyone working away on a temporary contract.
