Fantastic service, I love how knowledgable the staff are, I purchased a sofa and was given so much advice on fabrics, colours and designs that would match my sofa. I would not have chosen a the colours she suggested but once she started putting it all together in the shop, it looked fantastic. I now have a clear vision for my living room which I wouldn’t have had without the member of staffs help.

We have used BoConcept design service. We couldn’t be more happier with the advise and support we got from James Miller. He has been amazing ensuring he has captured all our preferences and exceeding our expectations on design and support. I have bought a item so far which I’m looking forward to receive and many more on the list to shop for. Over all great quality product, great service and support. Staff are super friendly and helpful..

Delighted with the work Absolute Interiors carried out for us, Jason and his team where a pleasure to work with, very professional and polite contractors, the project was completed on time and within our budget.

Jason the designer has been excellent. He created the design for our lounge discussed it with us helping us with things we found hard to decide for example the removal of a conventional fireplace replacing it with a modern unit and placement of the television and soundbar on the wall. He was always very quick to respond to any issues which arose and resolved them keeping the project on the move towards a successful conclusion. We now have a beautiful contemporary lounge which is modern and comfortable which we love.

Haus12 team designed, supplied and fitted a quality German kitchen in 2015. Despite the kitchen manufacturer going out of business and the product being well out of guarantee, I contacted John McNeil when we had a problem with the finishing on one of the doors. John immediately arranged for a survey. The original kitchen fitter removed the door, took it away and returned a few days later. Same door was refitted, looks as good as new. No quibble, no argument about warranty period, no charge. EXCELLENT customer service.

Haus12 Designed, Supplied and Fitted our new Kitchen. Fantastic result. Very professional from start to finish. They listened to what our requirements were and provided a fully fitted kitchen design to suit our needs and budget.
