We have now had our kitchen extension for 8 months… and absolutely love it. It has made such a difference to our way of living. Dan and his lads made a superb job and Dan’s help and advice were invaluable. He is a perfectionist and this isn’t always easy to find in the building trade. It was on a recommendation that we found Shaw home improvements and we have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. We will never go anywhere else.

This was our first renovation so we didn’t really know what to expect. Throughout the whole process Dan and his team have exceeded expectations from start to finish making the full project painless. Dan was always on hand to give any advice and available to answer any queries no matter how big or small. The quality of their work is exceptional and we were kept updated throughout all parts of the build. Dan and his team have completely transformed our home and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I honestly wouldn’t consider anyone else but Shaw Home improvements for any future works which we are already planning and cannot speak highly enough of everyone on the team!

We asked Dan for a quote having read the testimonials of previous customers. We found Dan to be very professional and straightforward in all aspects of his work, his quote was competitive. The price he quoted was the price we paid. The work was carried out on time by his workmen who were not only skilled in their work, but very considerate towards us whilst the work was ongoing. Our neighbours commented on how professional Dan’s team were.
In view of the quality of the work we asked for a quote for further work. The quote was fair, and the work was carried out on time by skilled workmen. It is clear that Dan only employs skilled workers. Dan is ably assisted in running his business by Sharon who is a great communicator who keeps everyone organised.
We are really pleased with the extension Dan built for us and would recommend them without hesitation.

Neil’s team fitted an upstairs bathroom for us in our little old stone cottage – the original bathroom was an extension on the back of the house and so the pipe work needed to fit upstairs was quite extensive. We are really pleased with the results and especially the care taken by the workmen that came to the house, in both the execution of the work and the care taken to keep our carpets and other furnishings clean and clear throughout – Barry and John get a special shout out as fantastically skilled and genuinely lovely guys. After an issue with the hot water was found, Barry came back out and fixed it as soon as possible, nothing was too much work or too difficult for him, he is a huge asset to the company. We hope to use NMPS in the future for other projects. The only thing I would recommend is asking Neil and team for detailed quotes if any changes from the original are made – this will help with transparency for everyone. The admin team (shout out to Kate) are flexible, super helpful and always make you feel valued. Neil himself is pragmatic and down to earth and it’s clear that people who work for him are happy in their jobs. I’ve enclosed some before and after pictures of the job they did for us.

As a design and supply company we rely on our recommendations and Neil McGregor Property Services is up there with the best. Recently installing two bathrooms which involved some major internal works. The end result was a perfect job, our client very impressed from start to finish. The entire team at Neil McGregor were amazing from Kate who organised dates and times with ourselves and customer to Barry who produced an outstanding installation. Thanks you and look forward to continuing working with you all.

We recently had a wall knocked through from living room to dining room by Neil Mc Gregor Property services. From start to finish it was very organised with an excellent team. Following this we had a new bathroom installed which involved a wall knocked through and completely new bathroom fittings. We are very pleased with all the work Neil and his team have carried out. We would highly recommend this company.
Kate in the office is really helpful, always comes back to your queries and communication is excellent.
