I did a fair bit of research and decided Ostenil would be worth a try to help with osteoarthritis in my knees. The cost in this clinic also made it a more affordable treatment than those I could receive locally, despite me living 1.5 hours away. I had a telephone consultation with Reejav prior to my first visit, and he then gave a thorough consultation before proceeding with a course of 3 injections to each knee, with a week between each. 4 weeks after the last injection I am feeling the benefit and feeling much more positive. It’s great to have spent recent days without any significant pain. It’s been a pleasure to visit the friendly staff at Physiotherapy Matters. I will certainly be returning for a booster injection whenever required.
With a few tips to make adjustments and plyometric exercises to assist, this will hopefully make a positive difference to my running.
Was seen by Emily for a calf strain and it was well worth it. I left with so much more confidence and ability to walk much better. Was given a clear and concise exercise plan which was effective moving forward. I would definitely recommend.
